FemininityFem STEM focuses on encouraging and embracing femininity within STEM; however, we also encourage femininity is all aspects of life! Fem STEM's goal is to show people that there is unrealized power within femininity that should be embraced. Within femininity comes balance, grace, and creativity. Femininity in all aspects of life, especially STEM, brings new perspectives to light and allows for increased productivity and success. Fem STEM hopes to encourage women to embrace their femininity instead of hide from it, and to show the world that scientists can wear pink too.

EducationFem STEM highly values education. Alongside embracing femininity, Fem STEM finds great value and gratitude in learning. We believe that education is one of the most powerful assets and we acknowledge that education is a privilege, especially as a woman. We hope to show women that femininity is not a barrier to STEM education and that they can pursue an education or career in STEM.
With a focus on teaching the importance of femininity within STEM, we encourage women and girls to pursue STEM education while being feminine because there truly is nothing more powerful than an educated, feminine woman in STEM. |

AdvocacyFem STEM's third goal is to advocate for awareness, policy and funding to battle obstacles for feminine women in STEM. Fem STEM hopes to advocate for funding and awareness in early education about feminine scientists and engineers by involving more feminine woman into primary science education to show young girls that they can be feminine and like STEM. Fem STEM also hopes to advocate for better resources for mothers in the STEM workforce because motherhood is an aspect of femininity, and no mother should be forced to leave the STEM workforce to pursue motherhood.
